⚠️ Final Exam Procedures & Policies
🛑 Critical Final Exam Procedures
Students riding the bus will remain in the Cafeteria until **9:10 AM** on exam days (Wed/Thu/Fri).
Students must remain in the classroom for the entire period.
**No finals will be administered in advance.**
**Late Policy:** Students more than **five minutes late** will not be allowed into the classroom. They must make up the final exam during the teacher’s office hours.
✅ Office Hours / Make-Up / Retake Policy
Office Hours are from **12:30 PM - 1:15 PM** on Wednesday and Thursday.
Teachers may invite students to Office Hours to work on missing assignments for the semester (especially those below the 70% threshold for summatives).
Students who miss a final exam are allowed to make up their exam during these times.
Students may request to **retake a final exam** and may do so during Office Hours.
🚌 Transportation Note
Buses will depart for transport home at **1:00 PM** on Tuesday, **12:35 PM** on Wednesday and Thursday, and **11:30 AM** on Friday. Bagged lunches will be provided on these days.
